Our custom mouthguards don’t even require a visit to the dentist. Simply order your mouthguard, we’ll post you a DIY impression kit, take the dental impression, and we’ll custom make your mouthguard in our dental lab in Australia and have you playing safe in no time.

The design requirements for this guard can be downloaded here. Once downloaded choose the guard option to suit your order with the 1, 2 or 3 coloured option. Design your guard, then photograph and upload your design(s), the design element(s) (logos, images, text) under the personalisation tab, and our clever in-house designers will create a mouthguard design to your liking, and send back to you for approval. If the design is not possible, or your not happy with the design, no worries, we offer a full money back guarantee.

We can print a word up to 8 letters long across the front of the mouthguard. If you have a particular font or colour you want used, please let us know in the additional notes field at checkout. Our graphic designer will mock up your choice of text and will send you a proof before making your guard.

We can use a maximum of 4 images of your choice across the front of the mouthguard as the printable areas on the mouthguards are limited. If you have any particular requests, please let us know in the additional notes field at checkout. Our graphic designer will mock up your mouthguard using your uploaded files and will send you a proof before making your guard.
